Our strength

Technical expertise and scalability in-house

We produce high-quality components and products from plastic, metal and compositions of the two. From our production site, we offer three core activities: plastic injection moulding, metal stamping and assembly (possibly in clean-room environments). Our tool shop, where we manufacture and maintain our own moulds and dies, makes us a unique partner.

Own tool shop

In our unique tool shop, we design, manufacture, modify, test and maintain stamps and moulds for in-house production.

Injection moulding, stamping and assembly

With 9,950 m2 of production space, impressive machinery and, above all, the right people, we make every project a success.

From prototype to high-volume

Thanks to our expertise and production capacity, we effortlessly scale up from a successful prototype. So we grow with you.

Challenge

Producing a lightweight, skin-friendly part with very thin wall thicknesses and high-quality finish, in line with the requirements of the medical industry.

Solution

Based on the programme of requirements, together with smartQare we developed a combined production process that seamlessly combines die-cutting and injection moulding.

Precision production with thin wall thicknesses
Safe and skin-friendly material developed for the medical industry
Full in-house production: engineering, toolshop, die-cutting, injection moulding and supply chain
Moderne kantoorgebouw met glazen gevel en vlaggen.
Challenge

Develop a reliable and reproducible part that meets the stringent requirements of the medical industry and contributes to a fully automated process with minimal human intervention.

Solution

The part, which we produce entirely in-house, consists of a stamped blade that is placed in a mould and overmoulded. A vision system then checks each part for quality.

Product development according to the requirements of the medical industry
Complete production under one roof
Accuracy of better than 0.1 mm

Challenge

Die-cutting of high-quality copper and nickel, with special coatings for magnetic properties. In doing so, Wabtec required accuracy in sizing, diversity in materials and optimum reproducibility.

Solution

Based on the programme of requirements, we redeveloped part of the product together with Wabtec. Here, we used our knowledge of punching processes and material behaviour to further improve functionality and consistency.

High-grade copper and nickel with special coatings
Constant quality within close tolerances
Compatible with Wabtec's demanding applications in the railway and energy sectors
